See the attached photo.

9' Pro-Am "blue" single piece slate.
- Black (but looks quite grey) Dymondwood
- Pro-Cut pockets 4.5"
- 860HR - tourney blue
- no decals

33 ton crane.

96' horizontal distance.

100' tall crane (~130' total, but only used 100'), about 25-35' up elevation from the street to the deck.

That Realkingcobra guy? A class act folks....I can't recommend him enough.

A full report on the delivery to come in another thread...

Real king cobra

He just left my house as well let me tell you something... If you ever get a chance to have him work on something of yours do it.. This guy don't even use tape measures.. He uses micrometers.... Hahahah 20 tho ok let's sand some more.... He helped me on my gc1 now it plays like a virgin...... Good luck with your diamond....

After reading many posts about RKC it appears that he is at the top when it comes to pool table set up and repair. I've never heard of using a crane to install a pool table, but i'm sure there are places that you'd have to use one to get the table installed.........

That pic scares me almost as much as clowns.

Hard to say without knowing the loading tables, H & V. distances, exact weight of the load, extensions of the supporting feet, etc. of that rig.

It was at the edge of a "legal load" as they say.

The supports were not even extended on one side of the lift -- only 20' wide street...so that also changes the tables quite a bit.

I was worried, but all worked out.

Wow, so you finally got. How do you like it? Have you played on it yet????

Yes, long wait: 5 months wait from Deposit. Another 9-12 before that for the new sub-rail angles. The table was on Glen's truck/trailer for around 1.5 months :).

It plays very very well. I was more worried about the pro-cut pockets, but I seem to shoot the same on them. (bad either way)

I'll do a write-up on the entire process shortly.

Thanks for asking.

I never thought about putting a pool table on my roof... Great idea!

Couldn't have reached it!

The way it was was too long (96') for comfort.

We had to move the 1230lb tale up 3 stairs on the deck and that was a nightmare.

We considered many options and this was the best and safest one.

Glen Hancock is the best table mechanic I know of. He consults on the design of the tables to Diamond...played instrumental roles in the sub-rail angle change, coin-operator design, etc...He is much more than an installer...

Give the pockets a month or so of continuos play. They will tighten up :D
Mine did. Huge difference. Not a bad thing, though you will have to be accurate.

Enjoy it much!

Enjoy the table! I can tell you are a man with discerning tastes. You picked the best table out there.
