these are the hardest cues I have ever made, very time consuming, very expensive, and some after a lot of work are only good for the scrap pile.

but when you get that piece that works out, oh my what beautiful piece of wood.

ill buy it back.

hell, I had a 25 year old log, cut the butt over a 5 year period, it split 2 years after it was made,

most builders will not even attempt to make a one piece butt just because of that problem, but I'm just crazy I love the look.

It went in the garbage can. I wasn't looking at it anymore. I was kind of pissed off after all I bought it to be my player.

It was so brittle, I snapped it with my 2 hands. It had a buzz above the wrap. I could hear it.

The wood is beautiful, that much snake wood will never stand the test of time.

I have always had a " if you ever have a problem" I'll make it right guarentee. I thought you knew that. Hell go back into the for sale section, find one of my cues you like. I'll send it to you. No charge. I'm a stand up guy. Or if you ever see one, I have for sale you like, just let me know. It's yours

This the one you are talking about? You just threw it away before talking to Chuck first?

Hats off to you Chuck! That is incredible customer service. Bravo--AZB man of the month.

I am not looking for a free cue at all Chuck, thanks for the offer.

I did contact you about the issues my snake wood cue I purchased from you. I told you it had a rattle and you proceeded to tell me, it didn't have that rattle before It shipped. So I felt like it was my problem instead of taking any money out of your pocket, I absorbed the loss.

You make great hitting cues but my experiment with snakewood was a $440 mistake.

I think Chuck is just trying to make it up to you. He's a stand up guy and hell I would definitely take him up on the offer! He makes a great hitting cue. From my perspective it seems like a simple misunderstanding

Outstanding Sir, simply outstanding.

That's a nice offer, especially since the cue in question was trashed nor was ever sent back to him for inspection. Wood can be unpredictable. Nothing anyone can do about it.

Things happen, it's not a perfect world. You would be silly not to accept the offer. Take it and say thank you. These are what I call "first world problems" jmo
