This is where I play

Mostly Miss

Alright, always miss
I know there have been posts like this before but I never heard of a situation like this so I figured it would be a good opening post.

I work in a commercial building with some unfinished office space and they graciously allowed me to put a table in there. I promptly set up a GC3 w/ 4.5 inch pockets and simonis 860. I play there about 15 hours a week and the rest of my pool time is spent at the pool hall for league, action or tourney. I am a "B" player putting in about 20-30 hours a week (depends on the week) working to get to "A".

P.s. since the pictures were taken I have blacked out the windows with landscapers plastic and hung an 8ft light fixture over the table.

It is the perfect place to dissapear to for hours with not a single distraction.

Cool... do ever get any wild animals that watch you play through those huge windows?

Like I said, they are blacked out now so they stop all light from getting in. I am sure there are animals back there. Maybe even some gators.

If you look closely, there is a dude with a p _ _ _ _ _ in his hand looking at you from behind that farthest poplar tree. Weird. Welcome.

Sorry, that is another tree. Be careful, though.

excuse me Miss, R U a chick or a dude?

and I gotta get this straight, they said you could use some space so you ran out and bought a 2-3k pool table to put there? What happens when they need the space? What are you going to do with the table?

Why not just find a nice pool room in Sarasota to hang out and practice at?

Well if you knew the real estate market in this area and the rent they are asking for compared to the rest of the space in this part of town you would know that the odds of them renting that space are about as good as me shooting pool professionally.

By the way, I got the table for $1250 and set up was gratis. Pool for lunch. Dont Hate!

I live just above you in Tampa, pretty familiar with the train wreck market here. 1250 is a great price on that table with set up, nice.
