Through hole size

What's the through hole size in the 3 jaw chuck on the 7x10,7x12,7x14 mini lathes. I know the spindle bores are 20MM.

chuck is 16mm/.625in

I think it will only go to 13/16 for the spindle
The standard 3 inch chucks have like a 5/8 hole

correct. Minilathe.com says 13/16. Big enough to tap a shaft.
