Is this table any good as far as quality and design?
Here is the description:
9' Tiffiany pool table that is so sweet. 3 piece slate top. It was built in the 1970 and is in great shape.

Tiffany table

I've never seen a 'Tiffany' table, but since you asked, I have some random thoughts. It looks like a neat table from what I can see. It would be nice to see the underneath side, but the wood appears to be high quality, and the design and workmanship appears nice. The pocket design suggests that it may have been made long before the 70's, but that is just a guess also. If this is 'the' Tiffany, the high end jewelry company, they surely didn't make this table or any other. Many times companies will contract with others in the profession to make products for them, and put their name on them. Joss made Brunswick cues, for example. Is this a table you're buying or selling, or just curious about? If I saw that table, and had never read your post, I might think it was a table made for Tiffany by Brunswick in the 1920's or 30s, or even before that. And I could easily be wrong on all counts:)

I wouldn't think anyone making tables in the 70's would use #3 irons which is what it appears are on that table.
The legs are definitly antique style. Never heard of Tiffany tables. That said, a personal inspection would be a good idea.

Here's another Tiffany table for sale in St Louis that has similar woodwork -
