Yes, fantastic customer service and a perfect job. The turnaround time is usually a day or two. Contact Corey Harper at Tiger.

By the way, my wrap is about three or 4 years old, I play many hours a week, and I have them re-seal it once a year. It seems like it will last indefinitely.

A friend of mine had a stack wrap. He messed it up trying to clean it. The company was very nice and replaced it. Sounds like customer service is excellent.

Tiger has put on 4 stack wraps for me and all perfect...You can't tell it but the cue in my advatar has a stack wrap by tiger...
