Thanks for giving us a preview of another Big Steve Fire Sale???? :eek: Just kidding! Yeah those Cantandos. Didnt know Steve picked up the Gambler cue. You might wanna post some pics of Steves home security too. You know guard dogs, any firearms used for home protection, the safe that these bad boys are held. etc. Just so none of us jealous cue fanatics try to come up w/ a "Italian job" or "Oceans 11" plan to acquire these babies!! :D

That's, I believe, Mike Cochran who is Tim Scruggs' protege.

I should have known that. I had a chance to meet Mike in person in VF. Seemed like a very nice guy, also. And better yet he had a Notre Dame jacket on.

Not really his first cue, he's done some in the past under the mark of MAC. Mike is a great guy who has been making cues for a lot longer then many of the top guys. Mike is a great guy and an even better cue maker. Don't be fooled just because you may not know the name. I'm a huge fan.

Mike has worked with Tim Scruggs for a LONG time and does 50% or more of the work on all Scrugg's cues. I love the fact that with his new line, he has really introduced his own original designs that have a classic feel. He is really talented guy! The first "high dollar" cue I ever owned was purchased during a trip to Scruggs shop with a past acquaintence from this area. We hung out eating crab cake sandwiches and Tim and Mike kept asking me what kind of cue I might like them to build. Well, I described it and Tim looked at Mike. He then went over to a case and pulled out a cue virtually identical to what I described. The only thing I didn't like was the wrap, so Mike re-wrapped it in like 2 minutes (he was really fast), and I had a great cue. Don't sleep on Mike's cues! Now is the time to buy them.
