Steve,
Here's your Tim Scruggs Cue Cap Set..
Tons of work, but, no one will know unless they can reverse-engineer this one. There's no Bright colored red wood. so, they are stacked Red Veneers to make a "Bar Stock of Red".. One small diameter and one larger diameter.
Ivory Points..
Silver Dots..:)

Tops of Steve's TS Cue Cap Set...
For the Butt side Cap, I needed the 4 points coming down the sides, but,
I only need 2 points for the Main Feature Inlay Shape on the Top, so.....:o

Tim's Inlay

Here's Steve's photo of Tim's Main Featured Inlay..
Can you figure out how I made my 2 White Veneered V's??
My White V's are not inlayed....;)
If you can, you know how much work that was..
Look good..my V's don't touch the outer rim on the Top.....

Thanks again Cue junky... Glad you like them.. Makes it all worth the work involved.
Thanks Ralf.. BTW.. I love Tatts.. I got addicted to the pain..
Steve, you'll be carring your Scruggs Cue around as your "Magic Wand" zapping Workers to work harder..
Thanks Simon.. It takes awhile to figure out how to achive the final outcome with the limited maching process I can do.
But, If there's a way.. I going figure 'um out and do it.. That's just me.. I had a chance to work at a Nuclear Tool and Design Department where we had to figure out how to make special machines to do "in place machining" for components that need machining and could not be removed off the system.. And, we're talking Submarines.. No space..God, I meet some amazing guys..
Thanks Thomsont....
