The Cue is Cored 8 inches on each end. Stabalized for a year before building and then turned over another year.
5 were made with wood supplied by Bernard.
They are very rare and Timi and Mike refused to build them again. Bernard now helps supply woods for the Black Boar Shop.
His eye for picking the best and most exotic woods is unequaled.
Timi placed $1700 value on these Cues 4 or 5 years ago. One piece was unfinished and is being completed at BB. It will be Bernards personal and cherished equipment.
$900? Closer to 2K. Looks can be decieving. This Cue is like a old Chevy truck with a fully Blown 427 sitting on a funny Car frame.
Monster sleeper! Pain in the rear build. Indexed from the front and rear. Perfectly balanced and weighted for maximum performance and a lifetime of enjoyment.

I've turned down several offers +/- $3000 for one of my plain janes, and I have several worth far more than $700.
Could you help me out a little and bump your number to at least $1200?

I like this cue. A lot actually. And I'm not normally a fan of Tim Scruggs cues. No particular reason other than personal taste. They just aren't for me. I'm sure there are cues that I love that you have no use for.
So I'm not really bashing your cue. At all. Just the opposite. I like the cue. A lot. I just think your assessment of $2k+ is a bit off. That may be what its worth to YOU. And maybe someone out there is willing to buy it at that price. That doesn't necessarily mean its valued at $2k. To the buyer maybe.
