Very nice Scruggs here. It is a used cue so has a few dings in the butt, but also a tremendous player. Dead straight and shaft is excellent at 12.88mm and 4.0oz and has an ivory ferrule. Butt is 14.8oz and Balance point 18.5" not counting bumper. 58" cue. 5/16 pin. $625.00(SOLD) shipped priority to you. I may be slightly high on the price and thats because I was so impressed with the hit and playability that I wouldn't mind at all if I just kept it.

Looks like you are not getting paid enough to offer $400 on a $650 cue! Should be in a PM or just save your time and wait for one that's warped or beat up badly. Not my cue but I am pretty sure $400 will not buy this cue and I see why all the little red dots under your name!
