Actually I have two more half done. One is Purpleheart and Rosewood two piece and the other is Wendge (sucks to turn)and Maple one piece.

That is decided by several factors. Type of wood and if it has a joint or is made to just look like it does. Of course winding a wrap is a little more too.

How tiny is tiny?

I am trying to keep them all at about 10 inch's, I think that the smallest one is 8".
The cues are not true as far as their proportions go because I am building them on a 48 inch wood lathe, and I am trying keep them from breaking during the process. I have made them as small as 4 inch's but it takes the fun out of it (for me) to make them so tiny.
