Kamui
Anyone tried Kamui tips?
I was introduced to it and I never look back since then.
KAMUI™ tip consists of 100% pig skin. They are made by compressing 10 layers of pig skin. Their special lamination process decreases the chance of delamination in the tip.
* More Chalk. KAMUI™ tips hold more chalk because it has a higher porosity than competitors. More chalk returns less miss cues.
* Less Mushroom . A cue tip with less porosity lacks the ability to "come back" to its original shape and will harden quickly.
* More Control. Increased spin on the cue ball means increased control of your play.
* More Pockets. Because the KAMUI™ tip affords the luxury of spin with a lower ball speed, you are likely to pocket more balls.
* More Value. KAMUI™ simply offers more for your money. More accuracy, longevity and therefore more value.
I miscued a couple of times while trying to do top spins, deep draw shots and masses but my KAMUI™ tip is still as good as new, no chip-offs. But the one of the con is that my KAMUI™ medium gets harden after a few months. So you guys may wanna try medium-soft.
