Tip Glue

I use loctite 454.
Is their a glue for certain ferrules or certain tips that holds better ????

gorilla glue works good if you have time to let it sit - it seems the consensus is to use the new white stuff. I've only used the new quicker setting brown, and haven't had any problems.

i have soem medical grad super glue which has an excellent bond.the tensile strength for plastics is 3600psi and for metal 6000psi.going by the companies stats for tensile strengthe the bond is almost twice as strong as that Loctite 454.

i haven't lost a tip yet with it ans i did lose a couple with the loctite gel i was using.

i have 20 gram tubes for $20 shipped.

I've used the DURO GEL since I started & can't find a reason to change...JER

Locktite Pro at Home Depot for like $6 a bottle.
