Regular tips dime radius
Break tips quarter radius
Break tips cut down thickness of tip before shaping radius

What radius do you shape your tips?

If customer wants particular radius.....I will do that ....to his specifications.

Does it matter?
Customer can fine shape tip to his liking?

Do not like the tip pick (spike pins)
So many do not know how to use them.
Scratch up the ferrule & destroy the tip.
Just lightly tap on the tip.....not pound the shit out of tip!

I have some customers that like the tip almost flat.... they get draw and spin because they have a great stroke...............

My tip radii are about the same, except that as a default I put a nickel on playing tips unless the player is above-average in skill and/or asks for it, then I use a dime.
My 2 cents,

12 to 13 mm gets a dime roughly. And over 13 gets a nickel.

I like a quarter, a touch less curve than a nickel. Anything works if the stroke is there.
