well. just about unlimited
steel joint is 1.3 oz.
pin is 1 oz
bumer is .5 oz. then add weightbold for .1 to over 2oz
nice 4 oz shaft you could get over 22 oz prob
without all the metal you could get it as low as 17.5 ish prob

1st off, don't ever believe the weight number that is stamped on any house cue. You have to use a scale...JER
The cue can be built to any weight. Starting with 14oz will give the builder complete freedom.
