superglue

about the 2nd or 3rd time i was attempting to use superglue as a finish, i turned to walk away from the lathe and my shoe came off my foot and almost caused me to fall down, YES i had superglued my shoe to the floor.

i had superglue on my hand, didnt realize it of course,
and went to take a pee

i glued my hand to my schmeckle :eek:
this cuemaking is dangerous stuff, especially when HUAS is involved

i'd say i just pulled, but that would give the guys too much ammo against me!! LOL
i think i lost an inch
that puts me at a negative number now!!! :thumbup::thumbup:
 
Make sure you lock the index head before making your next cut.

I had some cyno on my hand, didnt know it, well I didnt glue body parts together BUT I did hit the front I just sealed with accelerator and it hit that cyno on my hand. OUCH @%#@#%##% !!! is all I can say, instantly curing cyno on your skin is not a desired feeling. lol

Holy Crap! Brent, this one and the shoe glued to the floor made me laugh out loud! I'm blessed, or some would say cursed with great visual senses. Funny as hell though. Thanks for sharing. Made my day! :thumbup:

Yes I have had it start to smoke on the paper towel and Burn the hell out of what ever part of your hand it is touching. And no matter how fast you try and get it off your hand, there is a spot that stays there and keeps burning.

I keep a small container of water close and I have used it to my benefit several times, and not just for wet sanding finish ! lol

sometimes there's nothing else to do other than make light of a bad situation
i was really pissed when i trashed that shaft today when my chuck came off

my mistake, a stupid potentially dangerous mistake at that
easy to overlook something sometimes after a crappy nite of not much sleep
wont happen again, i hope
