Tom from Tampa Bay?

Hello all. There has been a player hanging around my area who says his name is Tom and he claims to own a construction co., and live in Tampa. He is about 5'10", 300 pounds, about 55 and plays one pocket pretty sporty. I just wanted to know if he is telling the truth, as I haven't run into too many guys that play this good who work 60 hour weeks. Thanks

Sure they do! Just not construction! They put their 60 hrs. in at the poolroom...wherever they happen to be! Ask the guy for a business card. If he owns a company he will have one, and you can check him out that way. Make up some lie about your cousin in Tampa, who's about to do a major remodel. If he says he's 'all out of cards', he's bs'ing you for sure!

Actually, I would rather use the resources that AZ provides if at all possible. I have already played him a few times, and don't believe the story, but this is more to settle a wager between myself and another local.

I play at Strokers daily and there are one pocket players here (the reason i started to play one pocket). Jeremy, I know who your talking about, but his name is not Tom. I do not know a Tom from around here but I can ask the one pocket players tonight if they know a Tom from Tampa and I will let you know.

muttley76, Like someone else said, try to get a little more info from him and I can find out for you. Also where are you located? In your profile it says "Over the Rainbow"
