You have a lot of redundant moves in that program, it could be a lot more efficient. Here's how I would have programmed the same pocket.

.015 bit @ 7 ipm for the pockets 15 ipm for the final pass.
Pockets cut with XY stock to leave = .002

FEEDRATES: MAX = 30. MIN = 7.
TOTAL FEED CUT LENGTH = 97.9623
TOTAL FEED TIME = 7 MINUTES, 44.31 SECONDS
