I probably would have given the 90's to Earl, in spite of the time during that decade where Archer seemed to dominate. I don't know what their tournament records were during that time though so I suppose my memory could be a little off here.

Yep, mine could be off too, I'd at least say late 80's to early 90's for Earl.
