Pred2 shaft with real phenolic tip then an elkmaster tip ( yes, it's not centered ).
Guy wanted a new tip. I asked what the hell was that black phenolic tip doing in there. He said previous owner used it as a breaker . Then he bought it and had an Elk Master tip put on. The mech left the phenolic up there and installed the tip on top of it.
I parted the phen and installed a Kamui S blk.

Your title says "top this work", would that mean 3 tips?
Could add another phenolic tip and use it for breaking again, would be a nice firm hit with shocks. LOL

So instead of a medium hard tip he stacked leather on top of phenolic ??!! Rofl. Just when you have seen "everything", something else pops up.
