Yes, I have over 30 years experience with pool. To break it down about:

10 years as a Road Player

10 years Billiard Room Owner and Successful Tournament Promoter and also League Director

As of the last 10 years I still enjoy playing pool but I'm not the competitor that I once was.

If you will look closely BB, you will see the name is spelled Eydie not Eddie. Eydie is a world class LADY, not a sissy as you say. Eydie and her husband Bob Romano run world class tournaments. They are respected all across the country. All this lady is trying to do is even the playing field. Trying her best to put players in their correct playing levels. Thus making it fair for all to compete. She deserves the respect you seem to be withholding her. I for one thank you Eydie for all your and Bob's efforts and hope you guys keep up the good work..........$Bill

I have known the Romano's for many years and played in a lot of their events. They are wonderful people who are just looking to make tournaments better. Do your homework you dirtybird. Eydie, you hang in there girl. BooBird is another one of those Snipehunters who has to hide under anonymity for fear he will be found out to be a legitimate 3 in the APA.
 
OK guys, I found BooBird's info and even a photo on the APA site. It states, like I suggested, he is an APA skill level 3 and his file photo is below.

Only 10 posts thus far on this site BB and you seem to find yourself in trouble with the masses. All you had to do was show the respect Eydie Romano deserves when you disagree with her and you might be better welcomed.
 
I have not read anything that Eydie said that was in any way unprofessional. I don't think you stated any reasonable facts, just jabs at her. And by the way birdy, get a life. You can call us a bit spicy, but she has answered all of your questions in a professional way. She's a nice lady and you would mostlikely like her if you knew her. Obiously you don't.

Keep up the good work and don't let the occassional critic get you down. I think a way to maybe solve your problem would be to start the person out in the highest level tournament if they cannot prove who they are or if it is rumored that they are someone other than they have presented themself as being. This way the person can still play and yes there will be mistakes made but if you advertise that this is the way things are done perhaps people will be honest.
