Would be kinda hard to hide it. You want it to stay with the case, so you can't just put it in a pouch to be easily seen and tossed.Otherwise yes.

I've seen guys try and use a camouflage case, but they always have the wrong cammo on them.

To keep it from getting stolen in the first place, you might try putting a little placard on it that says "Female cue inside".

No one wants a cue that is all butt and no shaft. Or a miss que.

There's another product like this that I've been looking at called Trackr

Most of these devices have a limited range. The TrackR device is quite small and it isn't obvious that it is a tracking device. Concealing it probably wouldn't be the issue, especially if you knew you'd been robbed fairly quick after it happened. I don't think most people stealing a cue case would be thinking about there being a tracking device in one of the pockets.
