Ebony butt sleeve and Ebony points - butt is 16.04, both shafts are 3.8
tips are 12.97 and 13.08

Do you have a return policy, in case I would rather have my Sugartree back, instead of your Scruggs? In other words, Do you guarantee MY SATISFACTION, for any reason if I am not happy????

Yes, If either party is dissatisfied, for any reason, we will simply return the cues to each other.
 
I think that it will take Bigjohn sending the TS cue for inspection before he will EVER see a ST from anyone here!!

Just my opinion.....

this man is very very reputible. i think given the circumstances of your last transaction john sending the cue first would look very good on you. if he likes it you get the sugartree and if he doesnt he ships it back

I seriously doubt GoTulane, masonh, bnall, or poolhustler would do business with John......I've done business with all four of these guys......they are no nonsense buyers, and sellers.....interesting read Poolhawk ......;)
 
If he states satisfaction gaurenteed

He will stand by that exactly for any reason. I have a feeling Big John has spent more in a month on cues than most posters will spend in a life time.
John clearly states a gaurentee.
Send me pics Big John if you still have my email and I will post them. Might even buy it!

Thanks Nick, The Scruggs I was offering up was sold this morning. Still looking for a New Sugartree though........BigJohn
