This is truly a special Tim Scruggs cue and the forearm is thought to have been built by Mike Cochran. There is not any proof of this, just speculation. Either way, the cue is amazing and in like new condition.

No speculation

I know Mike made the cue start to finish, it's very rare find and pretty loaded, the radial pin plays lights out! GLWTS

Very nice Scruggs

It looks to be a early 2000's Scruggs.
Collector series.
That Cue may have taken 3 years to make from start to finish.
People don't realize a 2003 Cue was started between 2000 and 2001. The shafts for instance were aged and cut over 2 years.
Picking, dyeing, gluing and routing the forearm. Letting every thing setup time after time in between every step of construction. And after many many more times taking steps some times they would cut a up and start over.
Tim's Cues were built for a life time of pleasure.
Very nice Tim Scruggs Custom Collector series Cue!
Nick :)
