No fight in this, but a little humility goes a long way. Let's face it, everyone has room to improve, esp a newbie in the industry.

Roger,Calm down.do ,what u Love to do,making wonderful cases ( for me:))
I own myself some other Cases, like Justis,JB,...and for sure i haven t ordered more cases after becoming my first Volturi Case, if they are not High quality....

How about this, from a client of yours (or friend). I guess passion can overtake sense, the facts are still there. Perfection cannot be achieved without continuous improvement.

I've mentioned my suggestions and given my feedback to Roger directly after receiving the case:
1. The top lid's handle, in my opinion, needs at least another layer of leather to "beef it up" or like the handle on the body, a wrap-around and grommet-ed handle.
2. Instead of using a rotating latch (where half of the load is when carrying by the lid's handle), maybe use 2 snaps.
3. Both pockets have 2 zippers, one on each side. Even when fully unzipped, doesn't give enough room to put your [partial] hand/fingers in to get to accessories.
4. A couple of areas had what appears to be dye splotches (?) where one color accidentally got on it, dried, and the other color put on top. Not terribly noticeable but it's there and I know this can be avoided and tighten up.
improve what????

always room for each of us to improve....

improve what????

You get an A+ for confidence. You're obviously not lacking in that....lol. Not sure, so much, on your cases.

I would gladly review two similar styled tooled cases by yourself and another maker referenced here and post my findings. Perhaps an example of yours will be floating around the SBE in a few weeks. Would love to see one. :)

But who am I to say anything, since I've not actually put any of my cues in your cases.....

Why should I have to touch the case? An honest and informative review was posted by a respectable AZ member. Do you disagree with the review?

I have a question concerning the plastic oval tube of the gtf cases.
Where can you buy these tubes?

John/JB ,

I would agree that accidents do happen . Thats a fact of life . It is my personal belief that the lightly padded tube is where it's at.

you know what tony, i don't believe that at all, there's nothing lost in his translation. and thank him for his pm to me altho it's "loser" not "looser", that made it hilarious. i'm already loose enough.
