"Tunechi" New AZer

i think u are just impatient. 4 days and u filed a claim? like u said, the other guy waited for 2 weeks.

Hi, please read posts 29 & 30. 4 days or 4 weeks, it does not matter. The responses have been without substance, and he betrayed his word to me a minimum of 3 times during that period.

even so, 4 days is ridiculous. i've no idea what kind of person tunechi is, but i believe you have 30 days to file a claim with paypal? are you like very desperate for the shaft or the $100? why so rush? anw, i personally got screwed by paypal several times. i'm looking for other options.

i have the same problem with this az member too. He said he is selling the cue for his friend i paid him using paypal about 2 weeks ago.
week 1 he claimed that he would only be able to get the cue from his friend during the weekend and told me to wait.
week 2 he said that his friend is out of town and would have to wait till june.
i was wondering since the cue was with his friend, why not let his friend ship the cue instead of passing it to him?
i have filed a case with paypal awaiting for his reply.

Looks like I'm the lucky one, coz I ask newspaper with cue...........but there is no tolerance..................

Hi, The purpose of a Paypal claim is to force the individuals to provide proof of shipping, or a refund. This was initiated only after I got no real answer as to the details. He PM'd several times with no answer of substance, and that is the point. Other members are being strung along also. It is not a matter of patience with me. I simply recognized in a short period of time what type of seller he seems to be. At least 2 others have posted to this thread, and are also getting the runaround on items purchased, and several others smartly decided not to buy after their communications did not achieve the desired response. I would suggest you read the whole thread before forming an uninformed opinion, although you are entitled to any you may have.

Normally yes. I certainly did not expect to receive the item in 4 days. It was to be coming from China. I did expect him to live up to his word, though. It simply only took 4 days to figure out I was being had. One is entitled to file a dispute/claim, anytime within 45 days of the original transaction. It's not necessarily a negative. It is designed to protect both buyer and seller. If you will notice, he has not responded to this thread. Nor has he responded to the Paypal claim. A few minutes to resolve. If the funds are not available, simply tell me by responding through Paypal, and let me know when it will be taken care of. That is all that is being asked right now. Do you get it, yet?

no point discussing this matter with u. anw, let's hope this guy get what he deserved, kicked out of azb and get criminally prosecuted. and most imptly, is that you and my friend, and any other azb that might have been involved get back their money.

Thanks. I just wanted you to understand me. Your opinion is most certainly as valid as mine.

He was online at 12:07 today. No posts, no response. Anyone with the slightest amount of decency, having some to begin with, would have defended their position, and provided us all with definite info regarding our deals, and blown this thread out of the water. I know if it were me, in his position, and I were honest, and had the goods to ship, I would have said so, in a BIG way!

You are right, Bobby, I did not read your post carefully. I did not realize what you were offering me. Thanks for your concern
Just trying to help out a fellow Azer and if you need it all you have to do is let me know ,I will send it to you. Hope everything works out for you and the A $** gets it in return, remember what goes around comes around ,and we dont need this kind of nonsense on AZ from scammers.

That same guy offered me a z2 5/16x18 shaft just a few weeks ago. I told him i'd send him the money when i recieve the shaft - that's the way things should work for a 0 iTrader seller. He kept assuring me he had 100% paypal feedback but i decided not to deal with him.
I'm sorry u got stinged Johnny, i hope that guy gets what he deserves.

Hi, Thanks. I just want to keep this thread going, so everyone sees it up front. I do not want anyone else to get scammed. His last post to these forums was on 6/1/10. He continues to login everday, but has not addressed anyone, or this thread. It is my contention he has no position to defend, and hopefully, we have heard the last from him.

apparently tunechi had several paypal account. hopefully paypal will do something about and make sure that we get back what is rightfully ours

Johnny, I don't blame you one bit. $100 is a $100. It's also the principle behind this.

This clown is making it hard for newbies to be trusted. Not that there haven't been some shady transactions recently, but it's a shame you have to rely on escrow/third party handlers for a $100 shaft nowadays.

@ least you're protected by Paypal.

Good luck and sorry for this hassle.

That's what the f*ck i'm talking about. back in the day i'd send a check for 5-600 for something and not worry at all about being ripped off.

it's a sign of the times i guess. or like a good friend of mine says "it is what it is"

Why no Itrader

That's right. As we spoke earlier, we discovered he has multiple Names and multiple Paypal accounts. I've got Paypal working on this right now, trying to link everything together to his personal info, such as actual location. He said he was in Singapore.

Hi, mnShooter, please let us know more about your deal. A possible 3rd name and account? PM me to discuss. Thanks
