Turning down a Shaft with a taper roll

I recently bought a 70's Joss with 5 original shafts. 1 of the shafts is pure magic. Love the taper and the 12.3mm. I have two shafts that have about .025 roll out and about .030-.035 rollout. They both have 13mm tips.

Here's my question: Can I have them turned down to 12.3mm with the chance of decreasing some of the roll out?

I see exactly what your saying KJ....I dont see any harm in asking a question, maybe he didnt know about the search feature.

But, to solve the problem I think would be to post Stickies on stuff like this..Maybe have a Q&A Section on cue problems and repairs. I dunno, just a thought...
