Watching the stream brought up two questions please.
One, why are the racks checked so much there vs other tournaments?
It seems like there is so much time spent over the years with racking, and it really doesn't matter who was playing.
Second, why are you allowed to touch the 1 and manipulate it after the rack has been lifted?
