Turning Stone updates

Mike has been rubbing people the wrong way since he started. He may have been thrown off the Joss before. I know Mike was leaning that way one year at TS and im pretty sure it was the same one where he, Mike D, allegedly got punched in the face by a fellow player. BUT being thrown out of the room that sponsors you?? That is startling and amazing.

What could he have done? It would have to be huge whatever it was.

I can't say 100% because I wasn't there so I'm not gonna say anything unless I'm 100%! So far there are 3 stories kinda the same but different! But what is 100%, they put all his trophies outside on the wall and called him to pick them up!

I can't say I know the owner Steve well, but he has come across like a real nice guy to me. So whatever he (Mike) did to piss Steve off must of been pretty good!

Mike has pissed me off as well so honestly, I'm laughing! But there is a part of that feels bad,,,, a small part;) but oh well!

Like president Trump says, "it's time to drain the swamp"! Mike is definitely a good start to get rid of!

Current stream match is just painful to watch.

I agree .. it is unwatchable. Those girls play so slow it is beyond ridiculous.

I mean one girl has a shot at the money ball with no other balls on the table. The object ball was makeable, easily, in either corner pocket, moderate cut or back cut shot .. That girl got down and up at least 7 or 8 times .. she would walk around the table looking at who knows what and thinking about, well I have no idea.

I tuned out before she took the shot ... LOL

It was certainly a poorly played match (worst on stream so far). But as for pace of play, they averaged 7.2 minutes per game. That's well below Sossei/Hjorleifson's 8.2, and about the same as Crawley/Greenwood (7.1) and Nagel/Casanzio (7.0).

The average for all 15 streamed matches so far is 5.8 minutes per game. At the speed-demon end we have E. Dominguez/Lewis at 3.5.

John Morra was on fire playing Daz...hope he keeps it up. His stroke is pure textbook.

TS is no longer what it was 5-10 years ago. At one time 20 on the players list could have won it back then. Now more top pros skip it and play in other tournaments. A time clock might help a bit with the gate and stream. Streamers should know their product (who plays slow) and NOT put them on the TV table. Johnnyt

It wasn't about how long each game took, it was about skill level, or lack thereof in this instance. I wonder what some are thinking when they plop down that entry fee. Those 2 should've just set their $ on fire, that would've saved some time

Morra is easily the #2 player at TS. Watched his first match yesterday, still struggling with breaking from the box though.

Darren is certainly off his prime.

Hopefully Shaw gets on the tv table. I'm guessing Shaw and Morra will meet up in the hot seat match.

Not possible, same half of the bracket

Ok. On my cell and wasn't going to try and pull up the brackets.

Oldzilla said noon. I'm guessing noon est.

Archer vs. Hohmann looks like the marquee matchup for the next round on the winner's side.

I hope we get to see it.

Archer vs. Hohmann will be next up on the stream table, 2pm EST.

Should be a great match.

I know it's free but it's unwatchable. Freezes up every 10 seconds.Any other streams showing this?

Streaming perfect for me ... The Hitman just had a nice come back victory to beat Archer.

Starting to wonder if the Rocket may surprise before this one is over.

I have not watched any of it but a friend said the match last night was brutal, not all are great.

Players who are comatose and 12 innings each per rack is enough to make you commit suicide or worse, kick your dog.
If you kick a dog the pool must be pretty bad.

Pool and Poolitically correct is like any other business. Your friends, sponsors, cousins, cousins once removed twice, family, all need their 15 minutes of fame. It doesn’t matter if they are on the table or commentatating, they want to supply the best product available.

I muted the commentary long ago after listening to the one guy (Magellan)who sailing around the world in a canoe and never stops talking, he loves to hear himself talk, that was brutal enough, the stream is always on mute I just look at the pictures.

In 2017, sitting in your family room watching pool for FREE on a 110'' TV , from bad pool to the world's elite for free.

Tomorrow those bad players may become the elite, we can say, I remember when he or she.

So I just tuned in and saw Johnny cross corner bank a great shot and get screwed, what a brutal game it can be. I now get to watch Darren and Bucky

Upstate Al and crew are hard working people and should be applauded.
Freakin Awesome
