Absolutly love your work. The segmented handles, and points into the shafts, absolutly great work. Wish I could afford one. Thanks for posting......JIm
These cues are very interesting and they look dynamite. I would like to know about the finish is and how they hit. it looks like a real good price for that much
cue.
TOMMIE
These cues finished with the Italian coat system. Are covered manually by means of a brush with the subsequent grinding and polishing. The first layers transparent sealer , then grinding almost up to wood and the top layers stronger varnish. But now I have chosen automobile clear coat as they are more strongly and more reliably. I started to use air-spray system also.
Shot stiff and steady. Deflection is present of course but very predicted and you get used to it quickly . This not only my opinion but also opinion of my customers too. These cues have a little more conservative structure. Now I make a little other structure of the shafts and deflection began less even on a hornbeam shafts.
Much depends on a tip. I have got used to use Moory M or Q but some times stumbled at non-uniform quality of last generations of these tips. Now I search for new qualitative and stable tips.
Thanks once again. Merry Christmas and Happy New year.
These are better pictures of the Segmated cue I have for sale for Dmitry . This is a old thread but shows the paticulars and what the cue should sell for. Thanks Jim
