I am happy to say that I was there to see Tony's little scene. I was right in the middle of the action all week. If your wondering who the young wise guy in red was thats me. He definately was in rare form that night. Anyone else on this site in the pit at all?racefornine said:

I was at the action table when Chohan was leaving. I guess I missed out. Was a great time though.
Haha. Yes that was me I didn't bring my cues downstairs with me and at that point the action was dying down and I was getting a little restless. If you remember I missed that easy bank on the 6 against Mcreesh but it was a cool expierience. How did you do gambling down there?Koop said:

Ha yea Kirkwood plays really well. I spent about 80% of my time down there in the pit and it was great i saw a lot of talented players. Did you or anyone else see the ahead set Scooter played in getting the 6 ball? I lost a bundle on that set.
I took pics but don't know how to put on site. Used nikon museum setting came out alright but would have been better with flash or tripod. Van Boeing vs Mc Creesh match Wilkins vs tall guy long sideburns Roberta was in the thick of it.? I took alot of crowd shots of pit at 2am sun morning. Still going strong when I left. Best of pit I saw was Sparky matches over 1000 per game fri.Eartquate 2 buds Mccready was having a ball Hillbilly Charlie Bryant was a riot . Young kid from NY got beat out of set for 1000 sat. nite gave the young guy the 6 killed him . Whats up with the word I got about Rodney Morris winning 10000 sat or sun. at fuscos place?
The kid that got the 6 ball and lost was Scooter. I heard he had a really rough weekend. When he was playing down in the pit he made well over a grand in side bets on the run he had and I was taking half his action with him. He is one funny kid and plays real good but got into a bad game on Saturday.
Hahaha. I was there. I was sitting in the front row next to a guy called "Coco" that Tony approached talking about playing for 10Gs. I was up $100 but that was quickly gone when Tony came in 'cause my horses kept getting distracted when Tony came in. You win some, you lose some.

one of the funnier lines i heard was an old guy walking up to his buddy next to me after charlie bryant started woofing at keith mccready - the old guy says to his buddy, did you hear that hillbilly guy yelling at keith, hope he can play - the guy had no idea - all i could do was smile
the event was great - i was expecting a lot more action downstairs, but all in all, very entertaining.
