Rampage knocked out Liddel. Right hook. Ref stopped the fight. Liddel was out, of course he acted like he was ok, but was definitely not.

if u watch the fight u can see that when he first goes down he's got his arms up defending himself then after the 2nd or 3rd punch from page chucks arms go limp for just a split second and the rules state if u can't intelligently defend yourself for even an instant the fight should be stopped, likely chuck would of ate a lot more punches/elbows if big john hadn't of stopped it when he did

it's good to see the old rampage back, i've always been a rampage fan since i first saw him fight a few years ago but the last few years he hasn't been focused and this was the most focused i've ever seen him, rampages family should be set for life now that he's dethroned the king of the ufc

quinton faces dan henderson next, this is an interesting match up to say the least, from videos i've seen him and dan appear to be pretty good friends and used to travel together promoting pride fc

I guess Chucks gotten revenge on everyone but Rampage and now he has HIS Title. Whats Chuck to do now? Im glad I didnt pay for the fight. When they get knowcked out so quick you feel like you didnt get your moneys worth.
 
I know Chuck, not as a friend but an aquitance and have went clubbing with him after fights etc in vegas, he is a super cool guy on his way to being a big celeb. he goes to all the boxing events in vegas too so i talk to him once every month or 2, has his head on straight etc.

Clearly you are correct. When you on the ground getting you face punched, with your arms at your side, limp, it's time for the ref. to do his job and step in. Even if it's not the popular thing to do.
 
I could see it coming, and I called it, every one was saying Rampage didn't have a chance, and I know from my personal life, never tell some one they don't have a chance, most times they become the most dangerous when told they can't do something. BTW the place were I watched the fight everyone was cheering for Liddel, and I offered to bet Rampage ko's him in the first, and no one took it. COWARDS.
