Uing recut fixture for tiny ringwork

We just finished the shaft rings 2 shafts keep new with the cue for resale and one playing shaft notice the tenon on the shaft we did this so we could use the recut fixture taking the shafts in and out of the cnc in between inlayed first you do pocket the glue in ivory part the recut out diamond then glue in the silver diamond this is all done with 3 bits .032 next .015 and finish with .010
total time for 3 shafts start to fish 2 hrs 20 mins

Do a quick search for "recut fixture" in the cue machinery forum. I was just looking at them earlier today...I'd of copied the link for you if I'd of known.
 
Thank you guys. That isn't even the thread that I was thinking about, but is probably more helpful thanks to Dick's excellent post. I need to check the machinery section more often.

is there some info or pictures i can send you? i would be more then glad
i will not inlay a cue anymore with out using this fixture the repeatablity is amazing more so when doing small inlays or inlays on top of inlays if i am doing a simple 4 diamonds or something simple i will not these are great for points also
