Lol
I'm wondering if there is any literature, tip selection cards, stickers etc to have laying around the shop an tourney booth...
A la the same type of propaganda that kamui has?
The word is spreading...
A lot of top local players are now shooting ultra!

Yes...I'd like some too...I've got lots of them going out...

Just about to change my cue to them...

Would love to have some business cards that promote their quality!

There is no question you guys are right. I need to get going on that. I am thinking a round polystyrene about two food across with smaller polystrene making a rack so to speak like my avatar. I can spray Polyurea Hard Coat in black so it would be light weight yet tough.

I can do 4 color both sides about the size of a postcard with great stock for like $67.00 a thousand.

Maybe I can get the girl ball setters from Bonus Ball to wear T Shirts, wet of course. 4 Tips, 2 girls, trying to think where to divide the 4 tips 2 ways.

Now your cooking :)
It would be nice to have some kind of case stickers or flyers to post on the booth at tournaments

I recall one company selling tips came up with an idea of cards, size of business cards, which an installer was supposed to hand to a customer. And write tip hardness there (along with a unique tip number). I don't know whether it is a good idea to mimick this move but I feel it would not hurt if we offer a customer to try an UltraSkin and he has such a card. First, customers tend to forget what hardness (let alone which tip) they had, next, they usually forget the name of the tip so even if asked in a poolhall, "wow what a good tip you have, what's that?" they have troubles answering. A card could help promote the tips.
Robert Wong makes great sticky patches for Black King. Several players in my area already have them glued to their cue cases.

The best thing that comes directly to mind is a card printed on both sides. One side would tell about the tip. The other side would be to put the players name, type tip (hardness) and date put on. leave room for cue repair person info. When handing it to them tell them it is their "warranty" card. This would get them warm and fuzzy to have a warranty and reason to keep the card.

Thoughts?

That sounds about right.
I am a recent fan of case stickers.
I hand them out whenever I can :)

Do everthing on one side and peel and seal?

These are the ones I give out,
Nice to see them on cases when you walk into the pool room :)

a good friend of mine who has done tip work for over 20 years and know his stuff is using them on his cue. He has lots of hours and the tip is holding up great he said, best tip he has in a VERY long time. I'm the last guy to promote layered tips, but I saw what I saw and I'm on board. I hope they stay the same quality over time. For some reason going back 30 years to LePro etc the older tips seem to be better, same for the other layered tips I cant remember the name of:confused::confused:.

Its cool to see good stuff that dont cost $30.
