Order My UltraSkin Cue Tips
 
I have used Tom's UltraSkin Tips for years with no complaints. Recently I decided to take a walk on the wild side and change my tip. I went to an elkmaster, then on to a milk dud, next was a Lepro. All this in the last three weeks. Of them all the Lepro was the most interesting. I found with it I had no idea, zero, what the hell was happening. The cue ball was going places I had not intended like it had a mind of it's own. The other tips were OK but nothing spectacular..

So after a disastrous frustrating day with the crazy and wild LePro, I poured myself a nice glass of Woodford Double Oaked over ice. Let that sit a moment and went to work. Chopped that ElkMaster off, got out my Willard Tip setup and dug out my stash of Ultra Skin Tips. An hour later my glass was empty and I was smiling, (good bourbon helps everything) admiring my shiny new UltraSkin tip. I like soft tips so I put on an old reliable friend, black (vs) tip I have used forever. The next day I went back to the pool hall and all was well in my pool world again. WHEW!

I am not at all sure what went on with the LePro perhaps it was just a bad one, who knows. But I was surprised at how much better I played and how much more predictable my game was with the UltraSkin tip.. One would think that after playing pool for over 50 years I would stop tinkering around like a demented scientist, ( my wife is a retired demented principal scientist) but I guess not..

Anyway, thanks Tom for making a reliable consistent tip. I appreciate it!

That note on his site has been there for a few days.. Hope he is OK love his tips, they are my favorite!
 
I received an order from Tom last week. Had contact with him around the 11th or 12th of March and everything seemed fine.
