un named cue

i have a cue that my was given to me and was told it was a hawaiian howard. i have found nothing on this guy. it a great cue but just want to know who made it. if anyone knows anything on this cue please let me know?

It looks like it came out of the Phillipines.

The MoP inlays and points remind me of several cues I have seen from there.

hawian asian would be my guess...

Filipino Howard would be my guess.
