when i searched his name it listed his 8 or 9 ball roster that he went to states or vegas with.the group on Facebook is open billiards market.
also he has a lot of friends and family listed and videos on his page. He list his girlfriend. Its strange because most people i would think if you go to that length to steal money i would think you would go for a lot of money.Its an odd situation but nothing really surprises me when it comes to people and money nowadays

Its alright for you to lie to pay pal and rip them off when you were buying this cue but its not when some one rips you off ?

You made agreement when opening your pay pal account .
Part of that agreement you made with Pay Pal is was you wouldn't use there service to buy things and lie and saying the money was a gift when clearly it wasn't.
 
im not making a big deal about the money. what I'm trying to do is make sure he cant do it to anyone else. i take responsibility for it, not what I'm complaining about. if i was hot about it i would say something to PayPal. he said pay that way, so i did. once i found out why i realized why he said pay that way. it was the first time i had bought anything like that, usually only pay through eBay. they don't give you that option on eBay. so as i said, this is my mistake for not knowing which i accept, but there could be someone out there who is not aware of this the same as me and he can take someone else. trying to stop that mike.hope that clears it up a little for you.

so as i just explained to you. i didnt know what sending as a gift is and how its handled. how you cant file a complaint and stuff. which would probably be the reason he said pay that way. which is why now i will only pay that way. just put a deposit on a cue the other day and did it by goods even though i was given the option. now i know the difference. as i said, I've never given money like that only done stuff on eBay. ignorance it may be but i have learned my lesson. so where is my lying part?maybe you can help me to understand where "you" are coming from

You got ripped off on FB .
And only come in here to post you shit transactions.

The reason I am upset is because I am a honest seller in this forum.
This transaction didn't take place in here and every bad screwed up transactions makes it that much tougher to carry on every day business in our wanted for sale section. .
If someone is new in this forum then they should know that most of the sellers in this forum take pride that they have been serving this forum community for years without having any bad transactions .....
Regardless how they pay ...
Western Union , pay pal , check or cash or money orders ...
Hell I have sent many things to my customers without receiving the payment yet .

This self imposed drama happened in FB .


You want to protect us from some one who steals and lies when you lied and didn't pay the proper fees to pay pal...
 
ok i get what your saying now, but it happened on fb. which he was a member on here so i asked if anyone knew a way to have a name come up in a search on the internet. that was asking other pool players and members of this forum who may know a way or have advice on how to do it. so if you think I'm some messed up person why have my last two transaction been done by goods? do you think I'm still scamming PayPal? would you like me to send you an email i had with someone clarifying exactly what gift and goods are and i said i would rather pay the fees and do it the right way as now i know. so believe what you want, let me know if you want to see those messages. I'm sure when you made your first transaction you didn't know all the details and if you did congrats to you. i was excited about getting a cue, but doing research I've learned more and from my mistakes. hope your selling on here is wonderful, my eBay is 100 % with 150 transaction buying and selling. i don't try and get over, no need. so as your an honest seller, sounds like i am as well. we have something in common haha. priceless

Your statement about prior transactions has nothing to do with current actions.

When I first read the name first thing that came to mind is Black Reggie but IT DEF AINT HIM. this guy I've never heard of. Unfortunately , Wedge prob would have known ( rip) . None the less, I imagine they're are plenty of peeps that would help him out round here ( for a fee of course lol ) but this sucks and isn't much else he can do short of coming out himself.

So have you come clean with pay pal and told them what you did and have you sent them the money owed them on this transaction you lied to them about ??????

Or its alright to rip them off but not alright for you to get ripped off.????
When you started this thread you do want us to believe you are honest and moral too ( right ).

Although the poor guy is down in this transaction, I can't help but 100% agree with the tone of this post. Friends and family vs goods and services. My dachsund could pick out the correct way to do it. You scammed a company to save the seller money. And the excuse that he said you could do it or that all the scummy sellers around seem to do it too isn't valid.

The whole deal stinks ....
And it started to stink when the seller asked the buyer to lie to PP........

The PP fees is on the seller .............................not the buyer ,, not ever ...................
And the buyer knew that........................
 
what your not understanding is i didn't understand the goods and gift thing. i paid the way he told me to. once i looked into it i understood it. its like 4% or 3%. so about 5 dollars. i don't think that is a big deal to scam them out of. so to not get robbed for the money don't you think i would have paid the 5 dollars to protect myself. this is my point. i wasn't aware of the process. i am now. first time doing it that way so i didn't know.5 bucks isn't a savings to me.especially to watch my money but i see how it can be perceived but when you talk real money is not that big.

wait. how are you telling "me" what i knew. just listen. i didn't know anything about it. have since looked into it and now understand it. instead you cant let go when someone didn't have all the info thats the person scamming? not knowing is not a scam. i didn't know ,understand that part? good now draw your own conclusion from it but i know what my part is, your feelings don't concern me, I'm only saying something to you to help you understand whether you like the results or not. you seem more mad than me, i was trying to look out for others. some people may have saved for some time to lose their money.just trying to help them out so it doesnt happen to them. sorry thats wrong
