Hello,

Looking to see if anyone has any of these screws in brass or aluminum for sale or a lead on any place to buy from besides Atlas.

Thank you.

Nope, but...

Just buy 3/8-10 threaded rod instead. You can get aluminum, stainless or brass, and can cut them to any length you want to make any weight connecting screw you want to help perfect the balance of the finished cue. Plus, Radial connecting screws are $6 each, or you can make your own in about 2 minutes for about $1.50.

Just my 2 cents worth.

I used the Uni-Loc screws for years then finally came to the conclusion that they only added my cost. As long as your machining is good any screw will work. Buying threaded rod is the cheapest and allows changing weights as mentioned but you can also order all thread studs to your size for probably $1.50 each for 100 units. Center drill the end of the screws and you're ready to go.

Thanks for all the replies and PM's, I really appreciate all the help.

I purchased 10 brass screws from a Pm at a great price.

I have been using the 3/8 16 but feel the thread is to fine at times. I also make my own out of the 3/8 10 and have been happy with them. I just want to try the Radial in brass to see if they seem any better plus the brass is a little more weight for the same length as SS.

Thank you.

The cheapest is using 15" long coring dowels and just threading the bottom.
