Unique CueMonster question

I'm setting up a CueMonster CNC for use with Mach 3, and have a couple of questions, but the Unique guys are out in Vegas until next week.

I need to know:
1) Steps per inch
2) The parallel port pin out map.

For example:
x axis=pin x/port x
x axis direction= pin x/port x
y axis=pin x/port x
y axis direction= pin x/port x
z axis=pin x/port x
z axis direction= pin x/port x

I'm sure these are in the doc, but I don't have that available to me. If someone has this available and could jot it down for me, I would appreciate it. It would save me a lot of trial and error.
