All -
I am getting to be a sucker for these old Josswest cues. I really think they are a bargin for what these cues are, in quality. This cue came from one of my friends here on AZ. It is a strange cue and I havent seen any quite like it. This cue is a 4 point, 5 veneer cue. Obviously it was special order cue with the number and combination of veneers. The veneers are a great combination, and the shafts are straight as an arrow. The other super thing is both of the old shafts are old growth, obviously, and have a wonderful color. They have the old school yellow micarta and it has really turned dark yellow. I had a new Moori tip put on one of the shafts, and the other one already had a layered tip. It is a tad heavier than I play with at over 20 oz, but pretty common weight for those times. It has been refinished and is in 100% condition. The shafts are full 13mm. I have in the past replaced the wieght bolt in these old JW cues to take 0.5-1.0 oz out of the cue, but havent tried on this cue.
I would normally never sell this cue, but I have committed on buying a bigger cue. I am looking for $$$$ shipped on this cue.
