Universal Cues - Aloysius Yapp

Does Predator actually make anything they sell, tables, cues, balls …etc?
Yes, Predator makes money on everything they sell. :-)

Predator Arcos by Aramith, a Saluc brandname. Prior to XinBiing coming into the market with Cyclops & Dynaspheres and after the closing of Hyatt, it's my understanding Saluc was the only manufacturer of phenolic billiard balls in the entire world. If you see a phenolic ball set labelled made in Belgium, it's Saluc.

Tables made in Spain, by company that makes Kim Steel tables. I heard Dani Sanchez helped design the Carom table.

Predator cues are made in Taishan Guangdong province in China.

Predator cloth is from Japan.

Pred cloth is China sourced. either ANDY or CPBA would be my guess.

I have a Universal cue with uni-lock. The last cue I used while I could still play. It's very good. The one I had was on par with a nice Lucasi, maybe even an old Predator. Nice finish and quality throughout. I have seen Universal cues that were not as good, so the quality seems to vary a bit. If you can look it over first, I'd recommend them. Mine has a very nice hit and came with a normal maple shaft that actually was of high quality, at least for a production cue.
