Universal Shaft???

Has anyone here played with one of the Universal Shafts? The one where you can change the thread size to match any joint? I saw one today for the first time and I was hoping some here could shed some light on the playability. How does it compare to the predator shafts or the black dots???

Universal Shafts

They come in regular squirt (RS) and low squirt (LS). I have a low squirt and it plays well. However, we quit stocking them due to several breaking at the joint due to someone hitting the tip on the table. The thin wall of the shaft where the universal screws in splits and the universal breaks as well. That said, mine has been fine, but I don't abuse my cues....

save your money they play like a cuetec shaft lol I would go with the mcdermott I2 now that shaft plays well. IMO
