Unknown cue #2 Looking for any info!!

Hello AZer's I found this cue a few years ago on C-list in the bay area (CA).

Just looking for any info that might be out there. The only cues i've seen with dymondwood have been jump and break cues made by Alex Brick.

Specs:
3/8x10 joint pin
dymondwood rings and butt sleeve
one shaft (slight wobble)
tapped weight bolt for allen head screw through bumper
shaft grain isn't too tight, clearly not a super high end cue
absolutely gorgeous curly/birdseye maple forearm, highly figured
I'm guessing the points are olivewood, not 100%
nice sharp points, not completely even though
dings and blemishes throughout butt

Overall, it's a very unique cue, but it does have it's flaws...

Any info is appreciated!!

Nice looking cue. The points look like tulipwood to me from the pics.

Uh huh. Olive wood is considerably darker.

thanks for the input, i thought olivewood had more highly figured grain.

Again, I bought it in the bay area near san francisco. Any small time makers in northern CA??

olivewood may be lighter

I agree that the points look like tulipwood from what we can see. patenized, as well.

below is an olivewood buttsleeve from an RC3 cue I have so you can see the color and grain differences.

I have a friend in San Carlos who is pretty wired in to all the CA. cue makers, especially the locals in Nor Cal, I will try to save your photos and email them to him and see what he says. If I have any problems saving them then I will PM you my email
