Unknown West Coast Cue....please Help

YES IT DOES.

K, Judd did use an allen screw on his bumpers.
Judd left SoCal I think around 1998 and moved to Yellow Jacket.
I bought like 5 cues from him and frequented his shop.
Those rings just do not look like his rings. Too big imo.
Carmelli has use those rings back in his Best Billiards days I think.

The pin doesn't look like the 3/8 10 Judd gets from Atlas.
Heck, it's the first time I've seen a 3/8 10 pin like that.
The older Judds had a shorter phenolic buttcap.

I'M NOT SAYING, OU'RE WRONG, OR THAT IT'S A JUDD, JUST YOUR STATEMENT ABOUT HIM NOT USING BLOCK RINGS CONFUSED ME, BECAUSE I HAD SEEN THEM ON HIS CUES BEFORE.
