Unshakeable Performance

I appreciate your post. However, anyone claiming any system, bootcamp, training, etc. would have a considerable improvement for consistency and mental approach after day 3 of a program, well something isn't right.

There is a reason you shoot drills hundreds of times for months and see an improvement then. Even the great teachers tell you improvement will come, but only with practice and execution.
I can appreciate that sentiment. The way the program works, you need to complete the reading/writing and the practice session for each day, before you can unlock the following day. While I was only 3 days into the program, I actually had well more than a week of practice time, for those 3 days of the course. The consistency that I've noticed is mostly in my pre-shot routine. Since the course is centered around creating a solid and consistent foundation, pre-shot routine is a huge component.

Over the past year, my practice sessions had become frustrating. I would start out playing and executing very well. However, after a few racks or drills, I would get lazy, and lose focus. This program has helped me with my focus and discipline, while at the table

That said, I have been working some crazy hours lately, and haven't had much of an opportunity to put a lot of time in on this course. Though, I am still trying to get some brief practice sessions in, as I'm able. I think that I am currently on Day 5 of the course. As my time frees up, in the coming weeks, I should be able to commit more time to completing the course. I'll provide more updates as I progress.

I don't completely disagree.

My business website is shared in my signature. It's less of an ad, and more of a connection to who I am. It allows people to research me further, to understand who I am, and what makes me credible in this field. That said, my website is not really set up as an ecommerce site, so I'm not expecting to gain any value from promoting my website. In fact, it is rare that I ever profit from my involvement with this forum. Though, I have been a member of this community for 20 years, and consider myself a key contributor in the "Talk to a Mechanic" sub-forum.

That aside, I will acknowledge that the Olhausen logo in my signature is 100% an ad. I'm proud of my association with the brand. But, if it is bothersome, I am happy to remove it from my signature. Though, I will absolutely NOT remove my business website, for the reasoning mentioned above.
I think it would be ridiculous to remove the Olhausen from you profile if you are not breaking any forum rules. Do the people that want to complain about it scratch the manufacturer emblem off of their cars, lawnmowers, motorcycles, shoes, or clothes so that they are also not guilty of advertising? How about the signatures on their custom and "CNC" cues? I highly doubt it, I see no justifiable reason for you to be expected to do the same.

There is a difference between leaving something on a car or adding something to a post. I have owned a handful of paint and body shops though and anything of mine even if for resale shed all of the badging that came from a dealer. I bought a new truck custom order and as I was picking it up they noticed that it hadn't had dealer badging added yet. They were hurt when I told them to leave it that way! If the factory badging didn't leave holes behind in the sheet metal they would have been left off too.

A customer owned one of my favorite cars, a Croonet! The letters fit either spot and he put the Coronet letters on wrong on one side. Didn't want to risk damaging the car he had just painted so when he put the letters on the other side he carefully badged it a Croonet on that side too!

If something comes from the factory or custom shop a customer couldn't be expected to take it off. However, a customer adding badging is bragging and I would have to say advertising!

Oh yeah, I bought a Discover Canoe, had decals in three or more places. They pissed me off and I carefully removed all signs of branding except the serial number!

With all the ridiculous, uninformed opinions that crop up on this forum, when someone has something of genuine interest to say--I would include revealing what one gets from a pricey, high-profile training experience in that category--who cares about a little self-serving promotion or advertising? I appreciate the OP giving me info on the Frost approach free of charge.

I usually take the "Service Chevrolet" sticker/emblem off my trucks and cars. I've also taken off the ugly z85 sticker off my trucks. (Not a typo, the dealership added z85 stickers for some ot the trucks, as part of and advertisement. My 2010 had two on it, can't remember if the 2012 did.)
