For any business shipping via FedEx go through the process of becoming a certified shipper. In my previous job I handled all outbound. We did small package with FedEx, LTL, TL, and ocean container. I took the time and hassle to go through the process with FedEx and once they approved us we had very little damage. When something was damaged they paid right away. We shipped new and used computers, and electronic components world wide.
