I realize that this happens with a random draw format, but it just seems so wrong that Jason Shaw is playing Ko Pin-Yi in the 3rd round.
 
I sort of agree. But with Ralf playing Strickland right away, Van Boening having to play Van Den Berg so soon, it just seems to be that kind of year.

"Wrong" would be seeing it in the first round. Seeing it in the 3rd round, with numerous other high profile matches in the same round, is an indication that you have a monster field, which is not wrong at all.
 
This is an odd request, but I'm stuck at work and the brackets won't work on my android as usual.

Any chance someone could post up a few screen shots of the 3rd round on both sides of the bracket?

Just trying to get caught up on who's in who's side of the bracket.
