Looks like 149 players and 107 byes. So, in the first round 42 players will play in 21 matches.

Edit -- looks like several good matches to choose from for the first round streamed match.

Just guessing, but the players' meeting may have been mandatory to attend. If you're a no-show then you're out of the tourney?
