I know the cost is prohibitive but you can stream HD over LTE. Seems like someone like accu-stats could get some sort of deal through one of the major carriers to have as a backup.

Stream has been good on my end for couple of minutes. Guys be nice. Accu-stats is the best company out there for streaming. They are doing all they can to fix it. I have confidence they will get it going.
