He beat Corteza last month in the final of the Challange of Champions for 50 large ones.... So I hope again on a very good match with Niels as winner!

GO FEIJEN!

Stream is nice, but I am in my bed at that time here in The hague.....

I can't believe you're not willing to compromise a couple of dreams for your fellow countryman.

11-8. It was 8-2 corteza and looked bleak, but Neils put up a fight for a little bit... it was fun to watch.

Louis Ulrich put down Alex Pagulayan right before this match on the TV table too. I forgot the score to that one though.

as i have been watching matches, my only thought other than the great play has been i wish i could post in the forums more. the conference center does not have wireless or plugins and my hotel room wireless bites the dust. for a first timer, i have learned many things so far, never stay at Ramada :( enough said, but i was too slow at getting a room to find something decent.

the matches tonight were pretty awesome. Corey Deuel was down almost his entire match against Fulcher (may mispell the name), but on the hill, pulled out the win. Mike Davis was down 4-2 before he finally started going and in the end beat Finland's (last name) Juva 11-8 (i think that was the final). Shannon Daulton was ahead of Nick Varner when I left 9-6 (this is one funny guy - if you guys have not made it down to the Great Southern Billiard Tour, he and Marge definitely are a blast to hang with). one of the matches i truly enjoyed today was Ronnie Alcano and Chris Bartram - after all of the whoofing on here about Chris and matching up, I thought I would see something special go down. well, i did. Alcano killed him and made it look easy. 11-0 - Chris racked really great though and the few shots he got, they were pretty crappy to say the least. Marcus Chamat was having difficulty with Edwin Montal most of the match, but I left before they finished. some of these matches were like watching paint dry.

every night Q Masters starts to pack them in to watch the big boys play. tonight, i have to stay in. i am getting too old for this stuff  sad, 35 and i am complaining.

well, i am tired so am getting out of here.

Dammit! Be strong for us...we are holding down the fort at work and are depending on you;) !

Help me Obi Wan Kenobi. You are our only hope!:o

Today

There are 80 1 loss matches to be played to get caught up with the winners side. (20 each, 4 1 loss legs), so today's matches will probably all be 1 loss matches. (11,1,3/6,9,11, 1) = 7 starting times x 17 tables = 119 matches possible, so it is possible that Winner's 4th round matches might have an optimum 9 pm starting time tonight.

And there are 16 Winner's side matches to be played in the 4th round, so a total of 96 matches will probably be played today.

I bet you have a calculator with you don't ya Scott! That's a lot of pool you are talking about. How many balls will be potted if they all go 11/10?

We just have to increase your energy level. Sending some REP your way. Thanks for the posts.

Should be there tomorrow afternoon to watch the last two days and get in some hits on Jay Helfert. :D

Not looking good for Mr. Jay Helfert. It lookes like the Filipinos are at collision course in both winner and loser sides.

Just got back to the hotel, here are some results:

Souquet over Archer 11-2, Archer barely had a shot
SVB over Wiseman 11-8
Reyes beat Chenman
Nevel beat Owen, Owen is out
Immonen beat Crosby
Parica beat Edey
Deuel beat Davis
Feijen beat Morris, 11-5 I think
Alcano beat Kiamco

Other notables out from today include Hohmann, Corteza and Chamat

That's all I can recall for now.

Not sure if it was Morra who beat Chamat but John is still alive and playing Gallego or Kiamco, i forget which one.

Orcullo beat Walden and Walden is playing Japanese player Oi.
